The Long-Term Investors Club

Vnesheconombank became a member of the Long-Term Investors Club on July 22, 2009 in the course of this organization’s first conference held in Paris.

The Long-Term Investors Club was created in April of 2009 at the major European institutional investors’ initiative. The Club’s principal objective is to unite the efforts of the largest financial institutions, working in the field of long-term financing, in order to create favorable conditions for long-term investments and economic development.

At present, the Club is composed of 18 largest financial institutions, such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), the China Development Bank, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, KfW German Banking Group, Caisse des Depots Consignations (CDC) and others.

Vnesheconombank’s Deputy Chairman S.A Vasiliev is Vnesheconombank’s representative (Sherpa) in the Long-Term Investors Club.
